Heat Transfer/Labels/Sticker Quality Tests Before Production
Consuming and manufacturing labels and heat transfer is not at all an easy task. Therefore what is
required to be used and what material is suitable for creating or developing it is crucial. Some of
the essential factors are surface or type of material environmental conditions post and
pre-treatment information(size date care text) printing technologies etc.
Each Sticker/labels/heat transfer is unique and has its own inks coating paints specifications
and technical requirements such as adhesive property to serve better and last longer.
Labels/ Stickers/ Heat transfers Development Stage
All the testing methods and standards are applicable and tested over the bulk production. Keeping the vast quantity in mind we ensure color change/fade/light/crackers How strongly it is pasted to the fabric How elastic it is? Different types of defects it has? and many more assessment which is very important before dispatching the sample to the customer.
Heat transfer labels Sample Wash Test.
Once applied on the cloth or fabric heat transfer stickers must go through a wash test at 40 C (tumble dry) to understand the problems and defect/ damage that may happen because of different conditions and instructions. By any chance if the labels show -ve effects such as color change peel off we recheck the standards and process and do corrections as per the industrial requirement.
